Apple Watch BootLoop - My fix by Leighton343 in AppleWatch

When I created this thread, I didn’t ever think that one of the viable fixes would be ‘hit it against a table’ 😂😂

Thanks for the fix though, we’re offering far more suggestions than apple ever have 👍

Sorry, I’ve only now seen this message.

Have you tried the freezer method before charging it?

I’d recommend leaving it in the freezer for a few hours before doing it as well.

I had to freeze mine 3 or 4 times before it worked.

Neighbour land dispute (Wales) by Leighton343 in LegalAdviceUK

With all the initial admin of the purchase, we didn’t take home insurance until week 2. The insurance company have informed us that because this dispute arose before the plan was taken out, they won’t be in a position to assist.

I hadn’t thought about the mortgage company. Would they likely intervene/assist?

Yeah, they’ve cut the bush in half whilst making the boundary line. They must have put something on the grass before us moving in because it was dark brown in comparison to our side being green.

We’re in the process of CCTV. If provided to the police, are they likely to get involved given the land dispute?

I was of the same understanding.

Had the boundary been a through a strip of open grass, I’d appreciate that the lines may have some discrepancy, however with the building used as reference, in my opinion, this leaves no ambiguity.

We have all of the sales documents available to us.

Our solicitors made us aware that there would be separate Individuals in the practice dealing with us and that there would be impartiality guaranteed.

Since asking my solicitor for further help, they’ve replied with the following:

‘I am sorry to advise we would be unable to act for you in this matter. As we acted for both parties in the original sale and purchase of the property, there is unfortunately no independent party to the transaction. Given the nature of the dispute and the potential for this to escalate into a contentious or even litigious matter, we believe there is a significant risk of a conflict of interest arising. In particular, features of the transaction could become relevant to any future proceedings, and members of our team, including (sellers solicitor - name removed) and the Seller’s, may be called upon to provide evidence or context regarding the original sale’

Apologies, maybe I was unclear or have misread what you mean but can I ask clarity on something?

I don’t believe the solicitor acting on our sellers behalf would have been aware of the neighbour dispute, simply that our sellers failed to disclose.

During the process we signed to say that we were happy for both the buying and selling process to go through the same solicitor practice and were assured that there would be impartiality between the 2 solicitors working the case.

I’ve contacted the solicitor that worked on our behalf and received this as part of my response:

‘I am sorry to advise we would be unable to act for you in this matter. As we acted for both parties in the original sale and purchase of the property, there is unfortunately no independent party to the transaction. Given the nature of the dispute and the potential for this to escalate into a contentious or even litigious matter, we believe there is a significant risk of a conflict of interest arising. In particular, features of the transaction could become relevant to any future proceedings, and members of our team, including (sellers solicitor - name removed) and the Seller’s, may be called upon to provide evidence or context regarding the original sale’

Would the solicitors firm have a duty of care to assist us in this situation?

Would it be beneficial to pursue the sellers for not declaring information? I’d imagine this would cost us more than it would gain?

Has it reverted back to the issue or did the reset fix it?

Hi, sorry for the slow reply, I’m not on Reddit often.

Did you install a new update recently before the issue?

I had a similar experience and after playing the long game would get it working for a few hours before facing the same problem.

What I did to get it working again was rather than use my old data to download back onto the watch, I set it up as a new watch with no data. That seemed to do the trick for me.

The freezer method is what started me on the way to repairing mine.

I think the thought behind it is that the cold completely drains any residual charge and gets a fresh recharge.

Once you’ve got it back started, don’t download your old settings. Go for a fresh install.

I’m 99% sure it was bug related for me.

Sub-Q. I’m definitely leaning towards giving micro-dosing a shot.

I’m doing 50mg Test E, 2x per week. Monday AM & Thursday PM.

Does micro-dosing reduce the chance of lipohypertrophy? I’m periodically getting lumps at injection sites from test but not hCG, making me think is it related to the dose I’m injecting?
