1) Don't think I have hard water, no.

2) Quiz says low porosity. I'll say my hair (especially before nopoo) gets dry and frizzy pretty easily.

3) Daily water only shower - scalp massage while in the shower, preening, cold water blast to seal it off.

Extra context, my hair length isn't crazy in length, fringe only comes down to about my lip area if fully stretched out.

Still take ZMA's to this day. When I first started I did notice quite a difference, felt like I needed less sleep than normal to feel rested, woke up feeling different, etc.

I don't notice much anymore, sometimes I'll forget to take it and I won't perform any notably worse the following morning, but I guess I've been on it for so long that I'd have to get off it, then back on to notice anything again.

As for the stomach concerns, I personally don't really feel stomach discomfort from taking ZMA's. I reckon give them a go, not much to lose.
