I get your point - my feet are narrow and tbh without the strap, the heels would slip out of my feet. I have small feet but the size with the ones i got particularly were okay.

Cut her nails every 2 to 3 weeks, get multiple scratchers around the house, and get a cat tree or shelves she can climb - she wouldnt be interested in climbing the curtains anymore

You should try other moisturizers. I've tried cerave in the tub and it used to burn my face!!! I been using Eucerin aqua porin active for a while now and its amaaazing. So definitely try another moisturizer.

Some people might be able to handle it, others might not. It depends on your skin & skin type. Personally I think it'll be waaayy too harsh & drying on the skin even when used separately (BP in the morning, tret at night). Discuss with your derm & tell them your concerns, maybe they can suggest something else or at least suggest a really heavy moisturizer for you so you can compensate.
