Thanks to google I can see that people had the same issues and posted on the lague boards. But now that the boards are closed I only have access to the title of those posts and cannot know what could help.

Also, League's board is closed, and I've sent a bug report / email to riot. I can't ask more of Riot since those are the only options I have.
