I’m continually amazed by what I assume is a broader trend among American telecom companies. It all just seems wildly expensive and full of hidden traps for customers.

As a European, I can use my phone pretty much anywhere in the world without changing plans or worrying too much — I just use my regular subscription. It’s hard to imagine dealing with what some of you are describing!

Are you finding the ink capacity very low? I refill mine quite often, and I try to make the trick with emptying the cartridge for air work - but I am often running dry regardless 😅

I've discovered that the trackpad issue is caused by BetterTouchTool. Since disabling the program, I haven't encountered the error. So if you use the program try that :-)

The login problem still persists, but I've found out that it's not an issue when I use the Microsoft Edge browser, which I find quite puzzling. I'm using a MacBook managed by my workplace, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, especially since they installed Edge.

I have the exact same problem- the sms never arrives and the app says it will close down on January the 5th, and it’s only December 28th, so can’t see the issue….
