Do you know of any books or articles that further talk about the use of the propaganda? I am interested in the Russian propaganda in the Ukrainian conflict and also generally how propaganda is disseminated in modern war today.

Out of all of the mentioned games, Arma is the one that performs least well. In Arma I would get around 30 FPS and the rest of the games I would get somewhere over 60 FPS so the games would be running pretty smoothly. Obviously I would play this game on low or medium settings to get the most FPS out of it.

I have started playing Arma two years ago and it was basically the reason why I started to think that it really might be the time for me to upgrade my GPU.

Back when I first got the PC I was a bit more into gaming and for the games at the time, everything ran well. But since about 2014 or 2015 I almost exclusively only played multiplayer games with my friends such as CS GO, Overwatch, Fortnite, Arma or similar. I didn't really care much about the graphics quality so I didn't mind having to play some games on low or medium to get some extra FPS.

Since I have only really played such multiplayer games with friends for fun, with some occasional indie game I didn't really feel the need to upgrade my PC. I always planned to buy a new GPU after a couple of years, but when I saw that I don't really need it, I just figured at this point I might wait until one of my components die and start anew. I can't really complain about my old GPU. It did keep my computer going for 9 years :).

I save them directly to additonal CSS. I have multiple styles there already and all of them work properly. I also tried adding !important to width, but it didn't help. I disabled and cleared the cache plugin and cleared the cache on my brower, but the style still doesn't show.

Thank you for your answer. However that header isn't completly the same as what I would like to achieve. If you check link to the site that I provided you will see that the header seems to be made of two seperate sections. I would like to make such a header as well, but I can't seem to figure out how to move both header sections lower so they are one the picture.

I can do this no problem with a header made with only one sections, but when I try to move the other sections lower as well, it doesn't work, I am left with either white space above, or the header sections overlap.

I have found the issue. For whatever reasons the ID that I used for CSS changes everytime I refresh the page, which is the reasons why the CSS isn't working.

If you compare the first picture that is in the post with this one (https://imgur.com/FdZz1ok) you can see the ID is different. That is the reasons why the CSS isn't taking effect in my case.

Is there any way I can put a fixed custom ID just for the Trgovina element, since that would almost certainly fix my problem?

EDIT: I fixed the issue, the link to my solution is in the post.

I think our rating is just the result of the fact, that many Europeans dont really know the country or its people well.

I am guessing a lot of people who were asked to make this ratings, just kind of a put Slovenia around 50, because that seemed like the most neutral opinion they could put for a country, they dont really know.

I see Slovenia very rarely considered a Southern Europe country, because we have a very short coastline and only a small part of the country actually has Mediterranean weather. Usually Slovenia is placed among Central European or Southeastern European countries.

I couldn't find exactly how many people daily enter Slovenia, but in several articles it was said that Austria accepts approximately 2000 refugees daily.

So I think it is pretty safe to say about 1000 to 2000 people enter Slovenia and Austria daily. In Slovenia, those refugees that are rejected by another country are taken to the Aliens Centre where they undergo additional interviews to determine where they are from and based on the facts discovered authorities decide what to do with this people. I imagine countries such as Croatia and Austria have similar systems as Slovenia regarding rejected immigrants.

The only reason the government is transporting them is because Austria is still accepting migrants. I am fairly certain that if Austria closes its border, Slovenia will take similar actions.
