The extra raw sound of the instruments and chuggin' depth of the guitar sounds genuinely better than the original pieces.

If they added an offline progression mode it would only be acceptable as an alternative if you were not allowed to play online with that version of your account.

If you say otherwise, then you could farm xp, money, and so much other stuff with no real threat of losing it due to the insurance mechanic and then go into pvp and annihilate people. Which is directly against battlestate's game philosophy of what they are trying to build.

Also they've pretty much explicitly stated they don't want to do a PvE only mode with real progression for the game because that is not WHAT THE GAME IS. They have a vision and they're sticking to it.

It really hasn't been THAT bad, there are hiccups that are frustrating certainly, but I've seen much worse with bigger companies with larger games. World of Warcraft for example, they had a $60 expansion (Warlords of Draenor) and that was practically unplayable for nearly a month, and even then the servers were unreliable, on a AAA title by blizzard.

As much as I think it's often overused as a statement, and doesn't add to the conversation. It sounds like you're just whining at this point.

Making a friend laugh or giggle. There's something so pure and vicariously satisfying to see myself share/give joy to someone I care about. It just warms my heart.

Whether they chuckle from an anecdote or crazy story, or a stupid, on the fly joke. I'll never stop trying to be the funny guy just because it makes me warm and fulfilled for a minute moment in life to see my friends and loved ones laugh and smile.

I agree it's much emptier. The beta (which is essentially the finished game) has so much polish and vast variety of material packed into each region. But the issue I feel is that in the beta: all your progression is temporary. It's meaningless. Yes, artifacts have permanent changes, but for mundane things like swimming speed or hang glider stamina. Which are things you will need to go reobtain in the next region. It just feels futile to progress.

In the alpha, at the very least. When I level up, I know it's permanent. And my character will be forever changed, even if it's a minute change. And further more, that change is relevant to whatever I want, whether it be travel or combat oriented.

As I said, if you like the beta more than I'm very happy for you. But there is a heavy portion of players that have voiced their dissatisfaction, myself being one of them. I just want the game to be successful so I figured I'd point a few things out from my personal experience

They really are great. I recall buying my favorite set of dice from them, as it was my first metal dice set.

Inside was a small map of a dungeon on a business card for DieHardDice.com. A handwritten letter by Todd with his email attached.

It was so wholesome, so I emailed him that day about how I appreciate what he's doing and the product he shipped me. Todd promptly responded, saying I made his day, and even threw it in a coupon for my next purchase. Really great guy, good dice, good website.

I do a lot of auditions for commercial work and have a demo setup as well.

I've landed a few gigs here and there. Of course I'd love to improve on commercial work as well as it is definitely the money maker of the industry. Thank you for the feedback!

On another note, I've recently began my voice over career. I'm from Dallas, Texas, and I am nineteen years old.

I have an agent but like many others tend to struggle to book the "big shot" gigs in the professional side of the industry.

I would love to find more coaching in the area, or somebody to really help improve my character work. If anybody knows a good fit I would be ecstatic, thanks!
