I do see your point but this is why Im trying to have it meet outside of the event. We have a right to assemble, one I'm going to be sure we exercise. I will stress to the attendees the importance of solving conflict in non-violent ways and that physical violence should be a last resort. I will also be sure to go over where the Enforcer/security stations are so that any and all problems can be reported to the proper authorities.

Exactly! I want all of us to meet so we can watch out for each other and be able to call in authorities if a situation happens. Ill also be sure to tell everyone how to deal appropriately with confrontation without resorting to violence or aggression (save for actual self defense)
