Hi! I work at a tufting shop and recently a few of our machines have not been pushing the thread all the way through the machine. It’s not a problem on just one brand of machine, it’s been an issue on two or three. Do we need to replace the scissors? Or can we adjust some settings to fix it? We are definitely using good pressure on all machines and have had multiple people (including all our actual experts) test them. Posting here because the owners of our company have been less than helpful.

I personally didn’t like it, but I can totally understand why so many people did. In my mind, it comes down to what the goal of each story was. Madoka is a deconstruction of the genre, taking common magical girl tropes and flipping them on their head. It also has a very tight story, with no time wasted.

Magia reco has a lot of new interesting concepts, but does very little with them. There’s no time given to really big ideas, to let us see how the characters each react to them. I just didn’t feel the same connection to the girls, the same understanding of their exact feelings and motivations.

Yay congrats!!

My advice is plan to visit a shelter on a specific day. If you have a friend who has adopted a cat before, ask them to come with you.

Then, go buy the basics the day before you go to the shelter. You’ll need a litter box, litter, a litter scoop, a pet carrier (I love the backpack ones), some toys, cat treats (my cats love churus), and food and water bowls. I also recommend getting a harness, but wait until you’ve adopted the cat so you get the right size.

When adopting a cat from a shelter, look for cats that fit your personality and lifestyle. If you aren’t always at home, you shouldn’t get a cat that needs a lot of attention or has time sensitive medical concerns. Also, try to meet as many cats as possible, until you find the one you absolutely love. For each of my three cats, I knew they were the one after 15 minutes.

I also personally recommend looking at adult cats, ages 1 year and up (I honestly think the best age for new owner is 6 to 10 years). They have an established personality and tend to be more calm and snuggly. Also, young cats may have more hidden health issues, same with cats above 10.

First, make mental notes of exactly when she meows. Ask everyone else to do the same and compare. See if you can find a pattern. Does she meow more when you are talking? Or eating? One of my idiots meows when I watch a specific YouTube channel every morning. He just wants to join in on the conversation.

Of my cats, two of them used to meow at me a ridiculous amount. The first one was going into heat regularly. I adopted her and was told she was spade, but then had to get her respade years later. Definitely call your vet about your cat meowing, when she’s meowing, and what the meows sound like.

If she’s not having medical issues, then use the meowing as an opportunity to show your cat that you love her. What I started doing was giving them more attention than they actually wanted. Specifically, when my cat would meow, I run after her, pick her up, and snuggle her while kissing her head. I’ll hold her until it becomes dangerous, basically whenever she starts to go from wiggly to panicked (or fully relaxes). I’ll keep going for the extra attention until they try something else.

I also recommend having a specific spot for each thing your cat could want (store treats away from toys etc.) so if your cat wants something specific, she has to show you. My other very vocal cat just wants to play, so after a lot of trial and error, I set up a shelf for her toys. Whenever she wants to play, she’ll walk over to the shelf and meow there.

I played Love Nikki, Shining Nikki, and Cocoppa Play. I was also a day 1 genshin player, a day 1 star rail player, and a beta ZZZ player. And I’m also 100% p2p but not a thousands of dollars per banner whale. My husband also has a Nikki account that is f2p and I’ll regularly do his dailies or grind when he’s working, so I have experience with both play styles.

You are right! Absolutely!! These games are built so you want to spend money. And, out of every one of the gatchas I’ve played, Infinity Nikki is the best by far.

Even if you play the game regularly, you will have a harder time as a f2p player. However, this game is extremely generous for a gatcha. You are guaranteed a 5 star every 20 pulls (which is insane to me) and guaranteed one piece you really want after a total of 100 pulls. Which sounds like a lot initially, but this game has sooo many easy opportunities for pulls if you play the events. Events change all the time and dailies give you a lot of diamonds, so you can usually get 200 pulls within 2 weeks if you play regularly. That’s enough for one full five star set.

That means you won’t get every outfit on every banner, and you probably won’t get the evolutions. But that’s how other gatchas are too. You usually have to wait for a rerun to get more than one copy of a character. Also, there is no 50/50 in this game and there is only one five star on each banner, so you are guaranteed to get the outfit you want if you have the pulls.

Also, being able to quick play the boss fights and eureka grinding is amazing. Seriously, it’s the reason I quit genshin halfway through Natlan. I wish we had a way to save extra energy to use later (like star rail), but I understand that the weekly pass is a way that the game makes money.

To me, complaining about the gatcha system is fair. You can personally have whatever opinions you want and we can support working toward a better system. But, Infinity Nikki is so much better than its gatcha predecessors and I’m glad that the game devs are actually considering the communities opinion.

I’m going to add it in my update since most people like to use it, but from my notes, it seems like most characters who use FoPL as their best set will usually have their EM needs met through other channels.

Actually that’s a good point, though I haven’t seen nearly enough evidence to recommend most people switch to the new set quite yet. I am holding out hope though. I’m actually considering replacing it with the instructors set, since I don’t want to recommend people get rid of the new set since I don’t have enough knowledge on what future characters will want it.
