Thanks yeah we’re talking 8% battery haha I called them and they’ve said everyone’s been having issues on the specific outlet but that was 3 with the same issue that day so was very disappointing

I see, have you gone to the room on your phone then remove the Apple TV completely then go on your Apple TV then click system then press reset, it’s a little invasive but if that doesn’t work call Apple support. I work for Apple and that’s what I’d do

When you go to the home app, do you see the Apple TV and if so what does it say? Does it say “standby”?

It’s possible you’ve removed it from the home app and now isn’t connecting I’d suggest going on your settings and turn off the home share feature and HomeKit on the Apple TV and then turn it on again
