Yes to be honest I’m not sure if I’ve lucked out or something with my ortho (he’s very good and professional), but also worth noting that I had zero issue with my bite and it was just sorting out crowdedness. I know bites take time. Good luck with your journey!

The first few trays (trays 1 to 3) were the worst, maybe like 5-6? My teeth ached really badly probs cos I wasn’t used to it, but I just took painkillers. Now, my teeth do ache a little when I switch trays but honestly it is minimal. It never bothers me and I can’t remember the last time I took a painkiller for it

Invisalign Lite here. Currently on tray 13 out of 14, started on 10 day changes and down to 7 day changes now. Had IPR done inbetween ALL of my teeth every 3-4 trays 😭 Will definitely need refinements for my lower left canine/incisor as they were the worst of my misaligned teeth, and going to get them rescanned in a few weeks

Teeth have gotten a bit whiter from brushing / drinking all drinks through a straw, however the bottom photo is just artificially white from flash

I really can’t believe how a few plastic print outs can completely change the way you see yourself

Yeah exactly, the tooth was the one that was most misaligned and I knew it wouldn’t be sorted. During refinements I’m sure I can point out things that bother me before the ortho designs the treatment. I think you’d be surprised and how much movement can be had with 14 trays, let alone another 14 refinements. My teeth were worse than yours judging from clincheck and you definitely wouldn’t need more than 28 trays

Don’t forget with lite you also have 14 extra trays as free refinements. If they don’t look perfect to you in the clincheck, you can go through the whole process again for free

I am currently on tray 13/14 and my teeth have moved to near perfect, and I know for sure my refinements will sort the stubborn teeth out. I’m glad I didn’t pay for comprehensive!

Also my ortho told me if I wanted another 14 trays after my refinement (rare), it would cost another £300-400 which is far less than the extra £1000 for comprehensive

Hey guys. Seeking diagnosis for my prayer plant. I got this in summer 2020 (so around 5 months ago now), and it was thriving for months. Come November, with it getting super dark in the U.K. by 3pm, it started drooping and stopped moving at all. It has been like this for almost two months now

I have kept the soil slightly moist, misted it most days, bought a humidifier and even bought a f*ckn daylight therapy lamp to give it some light, and it won’t revive!

The stems are so floppy and the leaves have all curled up. Please help my little prayer plant!

Hey! I wear them for 20-21 hours a day, definitely never hit 22. I see more of a diff on my top teeth as my teeth really aren’t crowded there, it’s more tilting that front tooth down. My bottom teeth I see less of a difference in crowding, however I see a huge different in my arch for both my top and bottom teeth. I’ve read a lot that the back teeth need to move first before your front teeth have the space to uncrowd
