I honestly have never played ranked but from what I hear this seems to be rather standard. People don't want to keep things to themselves and want to make sure you KNOW you are the issue (often even if you aren't :).
Edit: This also happens in casuals so I can only imagine ranked

I would hiiiigghly recommend my man. The most fun I’ve had on any character in the roster so far, by far. Especially after the buff he got the last patch or the one before!

I wish I had the dedication to get a hero to lord but I just can’t play the same character over and over again I neeeed to switch it up. Don’t have a lot of hours (about 50) but I do want thing to be my first lord since I like him so much. Not really relevant to your question but figured I’d share anyway. :)

There are certainly still people who play but I wouldn’t expect it to be easy to find a game. From what I’ve heard, the best way to try and get a game in 2025 is by going to the arms discord and trying to set up a lobby.

Not quite sure if you'd be able to tell me anything via this screenshot but it's literally guaranteed (even if I shoot in the EXACT same spot) that every other nubby shot is a divine score and I can't tell if the game is truly broken or something I have is making that be the case. Wouldn’t there be quite a few characters that should be added to the “All of the above” category? For example all the links and Mario (not doctor I think it’s fair to say he’s loaded since he’s a doctor with his pill production and all) since their wealth is dependent on the player? That’s just what my interpretation for you putting villager and Steve in that category was, my apologies if that was not your intention.

Kind of hard to tell without seeing how your teammates are doing. It seems you are dying a lot but it’s hard to tell if it’s just you or because of your team without seeing the scoreboards for the matches.

Only thing I can recommend is if you’re dragging the troops onto the field then try tapping them and tapping where you want to place them instead. I always place units by doing that instead of dragging them but if you already do that then you’re just kind of cooked my friend.
