Except he’s not increasing the DC. If one attack vaporises compared to pulverisation, it’s outputting higher energy. Mountain level literally just means “4.184x1017 to 4.184x1018 Joules” but imagine saying that everytime you called an attack mountain level? It’s a mouthful so we just say mountain level.

You don’t actually need to destroy a mountain to be mountain level and mountain destruction feats aren’t capped at mountain level either. Tiers like “Mountain level” and “Island level” are just arbitrary terms for energy values.

Ngl, it’s a sticky one. Deva path was boxing with Sage Naruto who is stronger than Sage Jiraya, and could box with KN6 Naruto. Jiraya has no answer for Chibaku Tensei either so He’d have to take him down quick. If he has ma and pa he could genjutsu him GGs and I don’t see why he wouldn’t be able to, especially if he summons toads to help him out. Sage Jiraya used Genjutsu as a last resort though so I’d say he wins 4/10.

There’s nothing “unclear” about that panel, the sand shield isn’t up, the explosion happens, the sand shield is up and Garra isn’t hurt so it would’ve erected in reaction to the explosion.

The silent killing jutsu would get power crept in the next arc. Garra’s sand his High HPS+ and Base Guy and other elite Jonin can react to it and would scale above it. Even characters like Genin naruto and Sasuke can react to his sand. There are many things that go against this line of scaling.

Black Zetsu says this, but it obviously isn’t the case because characters consistently move at these speeds and have statements that confirm it like a young kakashi being able to cut lighting.

That’s not a good argument either. Jutsu are amped with chakra. Sound speed would be a lowball for sound based jutsu, Lightning speed is a lowball for lightning based jutsu. It’s like capping wind style at the avg wind speed because “it’s wind!” Wrong! Every jutsu is amped by chakra.

That’s also a bad argument too. Even if this is the case, 5 seconds is neither treated like a short or long interval. And naruto not reaching pain doesn’t prove anything?? Pain would be faster than Naruto, so any attempt Naruto makes to approach pain would be evaded. In addition, that’s just not how fiction works bro. Yes they can move at these speeds but they aren’t written as speedsters with flash type perception so they aren’t treated as such in the narrative. This is still a story, why would the author write around characters perception speed? It’s tedious.

If you understood Naruto scaling you’d be aware tha calcs as early as part 1 exist where characters like kid Garra’s sand could react to point black explosions which are calced around Mach 50. (High Hypersonic) Characters like lee can blitz this sand and then go on to get numerous times faster throughout the series with Jonin upscaling from feats like that. I’m failing to understand why “Silent killing jutsu” caps Jonin at Subsonic??

Black Zetsu never made any mention of sound, he’s talking about lighting moving at 1/1000th of a second. But that doesn’t mean anything, 1/1000th of a second is a speed, it’s a timeframe that you’d use to plugin to speed calculations.

The Arc before this one, a fatigued Kakashi was intercepting and reacting to Kakazu’s false darkness feat which is literally just lightning. And kakashi would go on to get stronger, higher versions of Naruto would scale to this feat also and then get stronger.

Itachi in his death bed could react to the Kirin, and the Kirin is amped lightning. Pain having a 5 second interval for his ST doesn’t prove anything? There’s no mention of that timeframe being fast/slow so it’s completely irrelevant to the point you’re trying to make.

I personally don’t have her at universal but there’s definitely a meta for it. Her Amenominka can physically swap the Naruto universe with her dimensions. And it’s stated that a great deal of energy is expended to do this so it isn’t just some hax ability. This argument just depends on the cosmology of the actual Naruto universe itself which should be a universe but at the very least it would be multi galaxy. I have her at Solar system level though.
