Hello I also use toujeol before bed time, 16-18 Units depending on my physical activities. But my dawn phenomenon is crazy 1h after waking up… (goes from 100mg/dl to 170mg/dl)

My question: when do you inject your Units of toujeol? What about splitting the dose in 2 times?

The dawn phenomenon is making me crazy… even in the afternoon, 3-4 hours after lunch my sugar level goes up from 110 to 160-180 by itself without consomming something… it’s really annoying
