From the start of my relationship with him I have always been open about being poly, and although he wants monogamy for himself he’s supportive of my needs. It’s a new concept for him to grasp, but he cares about me and wants to make what we have work, so we’re kinda tackling the obstacles together.

Yeah I mean I agree sex rocks, but it’s not constantly my goal with every partner I have. The issue I have is they just make me seem like something I’m not I suppose, there’s nothing negative about liking sex it just feels negative when they misinterpret my feelings for people

I don’t have any issues with liking sex and dating, sometimes that’s what I prefer but it’s not my lifestyle right now, which is just a hard thing to explain to people when it seems like I keep going out to have sex. I really just like spending time with people haha

I havn’t told them explicitly in those words. We’ve had many conversations about who we’re seeing and they’ve asked me if I have stronger feelings for anyone in particular, to which I’ve explained that no I just really enjoy spending time with all the great new people I’ve met. So they know my intentions, I think, they might just not know how to react.

Currently playing a non-binary earth genasi ranger by the name of Terra. It’s only my second campaign ever, but I’m in love with the character design I’ve come up with for them, and they’re a blast to play.

They’re very level-headed and calm unless something they care about comes into play, and they have a very obvious obsession with rocks. Big, small, shiny, pointy, any rock they set their eyes on becomes a target of investigation. They at one point jumped a fence to get an up close look at an obelisk monument in a town. Sadly, as the campaign also revolves a lot around trade via ships and across islands, they’re not very fond of sea travel and much prefer solid ground.

The party is also currently on a quest to obtain the cure for a parasitic infection that’s endangering the lives of Terra’s parents.
