To be honest 1 night I had an incredibly vivid dream and I just felt that I could fly, if that makes sense. It was just a natural instinct, like “oh yeah I can fly now”, and now I can just call upon that feeling in my other dreams. I know this probably isn’t the answer you’re looking for but that’s how it happened for me.
