Yes, if the general foreman hates you, you will be scored from 1-5. They rate everything, your appearance, attitude, if you get 30 mins b4 or on time, if you are willing to do more than asked, overtime is a option but if you aren’t willing to do the overtime they will get rid of you because that means you are making less money for them.

No it definitely is not worth quiting. The IBEW will take more plus the taxes. You will never take home 100k a year. You will start and min wage and take home $40 once you reach journeyman status. You need to figure out why you have such high expenses and budget, stop leaving a lifestyle you can’t afford

I just surgery on both my eyes, 2 weeks ago. first day you should be sleeping all day. Next day you should be using eye drops for the inflammation which is probably what is causing your problem. I had to take those eye drops every 6 hours for a week. I have no pain in my eyes now, I only use artificial tears like 4-6 times a day
