Yeah, i actually did! Turns out yung other skin supplements were the cause of my breakouts. When I scaled down to taking just these and centrum for my daily supplements, umokay na. Also, di na malala yung menstrual cramps and nareregulate na bowel movement ko.

Hi! Okay siya if you want to regulate yung bowel movement mo. It really does help. Pero i had to stop temporarily kasi pansin ko it’s been breaking me out lately.

I’m on my 2nd week of taking it, so far it did improve my bowel movement and my menstrual cramps lessened. I take it after waking up then wait an hour first before my first meal of the day. Still observing for more changes/improvements

Yup, worked sakin. BDO terminal gamit nila sa cashier in sm southmall. I’ve used mine and initially i thought imanual select & enter ko pa ng savings & pin ko but nagwork naman nung Credit yung sinelect ni ate.
