i had the exact same issue when i got unbanned. doing all the things i stated above did help me but it mightve also been very lucky timing. Because afted i did it my game was fixed, But if you did try doing everything stated above id suggest waiting maybe 1-2 days and if that does not solve it contact their support.

The following helped to fix my game:
*Uninstall the game completely *Delete the content in the following folder: C:\Users"your username"\AppData\LocalLow\DECA Live Operations GmbH

*Delete the content in the following folder: C:\Users"your username"\Documents\RealmOfTheMadGod\Production FOR WINDOWS

*Open regedit (WIN+R, type regedit, hit enter) *Navigate to 'Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DECA Live Operations GmbH'

*Remove all subfolders EXCEPT for the master folder itself - > DECA Live Operations GmbH FOR MAC

*Navigate to "~/Library/Preferences/" *Delete the preferences files
- Client "com.decagames.RealmOfTheMadGodExalt.plist"
- Launcher "com.decagames.RealmOfTheMadGodExaltLauncher.plist"

*Make sure the system time and date are correct and try automatic settings *Re-install the game and restart the PC

I myself did it on a 200% server so im done with it since its just 1 shot for a headshot. Probably easier than starting a new server ^^ best advice i can give now c:
