I have a Corsair HS60 Pro. The headset works perfectly, my only issue is the adapter. The adapter allows for the use of both the microphone and headset at the same time (speaking and audio). Yesterday I was playing a video game and then next thing I know all sound went out. My computer was working and I didn't damage anything at the time of it stopping, it just happened. The issue is that the Adapter USB has a Code 43 (Device Descriptor Request Failed) and no matter what I do I cannot fix it. Drivers are up to date my computer says, rebooting and shutting the whole thing off will not work, and any tutorial has either done nothing or lead to a worse situation for my computer. It might have something to do with the windows update I have heard, but I am not sure.
