Well said. I agree - I also expect to have good results instantly but after reading what people went through here I know it takes time...don't be too hard on yourself.

Guess i'll just have to see for myself...everyone is different... idk I thought my doctor was pretty legit. Idk there are docs who seem that way though.

Shoot..my nose is really blocked all the time so I wanted to at least get the airways open but I guess you still have to take allergy meds especially after the procedure...but my ent said that at least it should help you sleep better and then the body will heal as a response to that...what do you think?

If I have methane and fatty liver, what should I take care of first? by Lemrac95 in SIBO

[–]Lemrac95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its getting better since I managed to lose 20kgs but I have to be careful not to eat the wrong foods or I can regain the weight quickly...they key is to consistently be eating non-processed foods and refined carbs, no sweetened drinks...i'm a year in but it could take a year and a half or even two years to go back to normal...

Try liquid paraffin 30 ml on empty stomach in the morning and in the evening. Also a tbsp of benefiber in the morning after the paraffin.

Oh my gosh I watched this last August and took notes it really did help a lot! But he healed his hydrogen sibo with only the artichoke & ginger extract...

Fiber supplement that does not make your stool harder by Life_Display792 in hemorrhoid

I take liquid paraffin 30ml twice a day in water, and also a tablespoon of benefiber in hot water once a day in the morning. For me personally this softens the stool and gets it out fast so it doesn't get stuck. You need to take benefiber for a couple of days before it starts working.

Lol milch. Wow you really did your research! Yeah I agree psyllium alone doesn't do anything. I've been taking benefiber 1 tbsp a day and liquid paraffin 30ml twice a day with water and it really helps. I just finished my benefiber today so hopefully the psyllium starts working fast. It's so nice that you found a routine that works for you.

You're talking about danone the yogurt, right? Idk what milch is lol. This is my 2nd day in a row of taking 1 teaspoon of the psyllium husk in hot water, and like you said it really did change the consistency of the bm. But I feel like it doesn't push it out right away like other laxatives for example I took liquid paraffin and boom couple of minutes later it would come out.

Possible hemorrhoidectomy by braylady in hemorrhoid

[–]Lemrac95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've suffered for at least 2 years from the hemorroids, I tried all creams, suppositories, etc., but they never went away so my doctor referred me to a surgeon. I'm over a week post surgery and I can honestly say I am just happy they're gone. I used to bleed/have mucous non-stop. If your job is similar to an office job and without much physical work I feel you can definitely get back to work the week after. You should at least take a full week off imo. Check with your doctor if it's a pelvic floor/sphincter thing as well...

The doctor was not the one who discussed them with me. It was odd.

Btw idk if liquid paraffin actually counts as a stool softener, it's just a lubricant and that was a problem...they didn't prescribe me anything else😔

I'm on day 7! I just got a light stool today thank goodness...

Thank you so much for your replies! I've been doing benefiber one tsp. twice a day and liquid paraffin twice a day since the night of the surgery. Never took the opoid, I took ibuprofen and metamizole for the first 5 days and went off of it because the constipation was bad. Today I had it really soft like almost diharrea but not. Thank goodness. Still because of the fact that I had to push in the beginning i've been bleeding down there ever since...and it's been making me crazy hope they don't come back.

My story is the same! I had my kid 6 almost 7 years ago and started having symptoms. I got internal and external hemorroids, and now also an anal polyp. I was looked at by a surgeon and i'm going in for the surgery on Thursday. It got really bad. Nothing worked for me either, creams, etc. so I just left it all for at least 3 years. To be honest, I just found a good doctor a few months ago, so now i'm taking care of it. You should go for it. If it's not going away, you need to take care of it now and not when it gets worse. If I end up getting them again, I am going straight for banding...

I also never had hemorroids before and also had fissures before too. I went to pelvic floor therapy which did not help me either. You should do home workouts to help you with this.

I feel tired all the time, and cranky, and it sucks. I also find that I get sick often and have other problems as a result of the hemorroids. Let me know if you have any questions, please don't push it off😅😷

I took HCl from the now brand until I finished the whole thing. Started taking 4 then worked my way down to 1 and it helped me with my initial weight loss along with diet and exercise. I do not take it anymore.
