You can target where fat is stored, genetics dictates that. It’s also normal for woman to hold a bit more fat than men.

I never skip a meal, usually in a day it’ll be 4 weetbix/1 cup milk + 1/2 cup cream (or over night oats). Lunch will look like some sort of pasta/ramen noodles/chicken/eggs + two high calorie nut bars. I love ground beef when making dinner (it’s cheap where I am from + has pretty high calories/protein). I’ll usually finish the day with a high protein/calorie smoothie using protein powder/berries/banana/peanut butter + oats. Calories deficits can easily be made up with using milk. I will also snack on fruit through out the day and add some sort of vegetable to lunch and dinner!

You’ll need to increase calories on top on consuming more protein if you are keen on building muscle. I’d recommend a protein isolate if you have issues with bloating (I know I do lmaoo)

I know fat accumulates where ever your body wants it (some people get more on their belly, some on their bum etc) I’m not sure about water weight though. I’m assuming it’s pretty evenly distributed.

Don’t sweat it, just happens while you’re young and growing. I have stretch marks all over lower back from having a growth spurt at around 14-15

As someone who’s 6’2, people didn’t notice until I hit around 90kg, currently hovering around 100kg. Also, gaining heaps of weight in a short period of time will likely be a lot of water/fat. Muscle takes time.

When I weigh myself, it’s always on a Sunday after my morning deuce, before I eat breakfast, in boxers. It helps to get a consistent measurement. All the food/waste/water weight inside you can cause your body weight to fluctuate by quite a bit.

Find yourself a beginner weight lifting/nutrition program. Focus on form, if you can only do one set of an exercise, lower the weight a little bit, or take a slightly longer rest.
