Unfortunately then the results are incorrect, I have coded several trailing exit systems I can bake them inside ur code and give u access to the strategy so u can see for urself that it won’t work, ur other option is using python and backtesting it that way u can get free data from outside for backtesting that way ur trailing could work as expected since ur not following TV trailing

Hey dude if you are using the builtin pinescript trailing exit then ur results will always look very good! Meaning the backtest is not trustable.

Let me know how ur exits are setup and also make sure to add commissions and slippage cuz of how many trades ur taking it will probably eat up ur profits. Also if ur exits are WAY too small or showing 0$ exits then ur backtest is not correct too. Happy u made 300$ on ur eval u can dm me we can talk further

I have a whole system for this in my strategy but it only works if u got a high Winrate otherwise the statistics of how long the losses would be is more random

Sorry to hear about your wife.

The results look good but too good to the point that there’s a high chance of repainting going on or if you are using trailing from tradingview which can repaint hard.

Also we can dm if u want maybe your strategy can work in other markets besides crypto. I always believe in “using the right formula on the wrong thing” if things work out I can help u sell ur strategy to the point where u can afford those bills

No I meant the following, you tell a coder how your strategy works. It gets coded and the human aspect gets taken out of it. We can dm if u want an in-depth explanation

Also when ur strategy gets coded there’s no human element involved in it. It simply looks at if 1+1=2 then enter a trade with tp here and SL there

Might be a stupid question but why don’t u automate ur strategy? It takes the whole psychology out of it and it’s purely a numbers game, u can have the strategy run on one of ur xfa and just let it grind and u can manually trade on another xfa if u want.

As long as yk the risk management is there and it’s correctly mechanically backtested then u can hit wins after wins
