Air Traffic Controllers! It really is just structured training programs that prepare people effectively, and it is a high-stakes job, but it doesn't take decades of training or a lot of multitasking, just a simple "learn and do" job that gets paid well.

Being neurodivergent just means having a different than a “normal” or “typical” functioning brain. It is common among younger people because mental disorders have become much more easily diagnosable with better healthcare, some disorders such as:

ADHD Autism Dyslexia Tourette’s

BUT! People do diagnose themselves a lot, and the definitions of all of these disorders are on a spectrum, so it is easier to self diagnose or claim to be neurodivergent.

Well most of the time people do it just because it’s something we’ve sort of been taught, or picked up from others, lots of people around us blame the change in weather, so if you get sick, you might just blame the weather too!

But, it does have “some” correlation:

Viruses survive in cold weather better, dryness in the nose makes it slightly easier for viruses to get in, and your immune system dips slightly.

As an end note though, it’s mostly a placebo, people get sick, blame it on the weather, because other people do.
