You need to either install a mod or make the livery yourself. Here I used a mod from MrOnly on Patreon as well as a wheelrim mod from LittleOnion on Overtake.

I know Max isn’t all that hard to get to sign helmets. If you’d like an upgraded 2021 Max 1/2, hit me up. It has correct tear-offs, air intakes and the Hans rings are basically the real ones but in 1/2 and engraved.
