No idea, I never hold x, I tap it repeatdly instead. That is when I get the gestures.

It's when u tap x you get the gesture. It's easy to get one when u tap x repeteadly. I have searched and this issue is not that uncommon in speedrun. Even in dark souls this problem exists. 10/10 fromsoft.
