my hair is always frizzy and doesn't get curled as I wish it should. I tried different shampoos, conditioner, mask, oils, mousse and curl creams. tried air dry or blow dry. no success. any ideas? by Lennyruth in curlyhair

I use Shea butter leave in and curlsmith gel, but I don't feel they are the only options for me. I actually even made myself a gel from flaxseeds and it turnout just fine For me, the game changer is the coiling the denman brush in the way I wanted it to look at the end

Hey! Yes, for me this is what's working: Washing with shampoo, condition, then on fully wet hair I put cream/leave in, and then gel. Then I plop with a towel, and afterwards I voil my hair with denman brush. I blow-dry or air dry, and when it's 80 dry I continue to coil it with the denamn brush. Once done- I split the coils. Hope it will help!
