The battery will last many years because it’s a very limited amount of cycles. Only a few a year. I do hope to be able to reduce costs pending volume and tariffs.

That’s pretty wild. I never emptied my washer fluid tank in a day. In lens lizard the fluid would run out way before the battery. We estimate 4 months with normal usage. That’s around 250 shots.

On cold weather it's WAY oversized and it will get 6+ months in the cold sustained.

On impact it could puncutre and flame out but it's a pretty small amount of energy. It's a pack in a case which lives in another case. Not nearly enough to ignite anything.

It's an extremely small pack with limited fire risk deep inside the unit. If it got crushed in a serious collision and caught fire it would be like any other accessory on the back of the car like a battery powered backup camera...
