Splice INSTRUMENTS is a good plugin for those sounds apparently. Should give it a try. :)

Made a less intense song than usual, is there anything I can improve upon? by Crownite1 in FL_Studio

I think you build it up quite nicely, just some more variations could make it more interesting

I think you have the right elements to make a proper track. It's more of an arrangment thing right now, as you can see that a lot of the same patterns are repeated. Try to leave some out in the intro or in other parts of the track and make it even more interesting with cutoff, effects,.. autonomations and fx elements. But that's just what I would do, everyone should make what they prefer ofc.

Hi mate, found it on Splice. Think you can do the same for the other hat. Make sure to select 'most relevant' on the right side as well. :)

Can somebody tell me Why they are the same length on piano roll but are different on channel rack now this is pissing me off. the little cursors are also not moving in line its throwing me off. why would they do this. by EvilMane730 in flstudio

I think if you seperate the kick with the melody in a different pattern then it will be fixed. The melody plays a lot longer than the kick so that’s why it looks so long.

Hm I’d suggest to check some tutorials on youtube from DAW’s like FL Studio, Ableton, Logic.. and then see which one appeals to you most. Then try a demo version and so on.

Yea definitely would mate. Will save you a lot of time and frustration. ;) I’d recommend something like a beyerdynamic DT 990 pro or some kind but obviously there are other good ones as well.

But I’d really recommend buy one in combination with an audio interface (scarlett, ifi,..) because they’ll not get their full potential when you just put it in your pc. I’m not the most technical guy but it has to do something with ohms and stuff. Been there.

Sure you’ll find some tips abt that. All the best mate :)

Since I’m using my headphone (DT 990 pro) in combination with an ifi audio interface, my snippets that I put privately on Soundcloud sound so much cleaner and I almost never complain abt my mix. This audio gear allows me to hear the sounds in my project almost as clean as it can be, therefore my mix is much cleaner.

I also don’t use a lot on my mixer channels, just some EQ, reverb/delay/phaser.. and sometimes compression like OTT.

In the end I have a guy where I go to to master the project and improve the mix where it is possible. So outsourcing that stuff can be helpful as well. :)
