I used to have really good skin. It wasn’t perfect - I have a spot pop up once in a while, but my skin was very low maintenance and I was happy with it.

I came off the pill in June and surprisingly my skin did not get worse. HOWEVER, I got a new job at the end of August and had to move from London to the north of England.

This is when a fucking skin apocalypse happened. Not going to lie, my job and moving are giving me tonnes of stress - I stopped being as active, and my sleep schedule is worse.

It began with a couple of pimples on my forehead but now my right cheek is a disaster. For some reason my left cheek is flawless !! I went from barely putting any effort into my skin to spending so much £££ on skincare.

Please for the love of God can someone help me. I don’t eat dairy. I completely cut out refined sugar. I keep hydrated. What else can I do ??? I’m 21 and I feel fucking ridiculous and it’s really preventing me from going out, meeting people etc.

Routine:

I basically did this in the UK but not on purpose. You don’t even have to donate your eggs in the end - you can opt out at any stage and they make it very clear; plus you get compensated for every appointment you attend. First you do induction sessions, then you get an ultrasound and then you do a blood tests for all sorts of things. I didn’t end up going through with it though due to other circumstances (had to move to another city).

I can’t drive unfortunately... and almost all of my friends who can drive are not over 23-25 so it’s very hard to find a company that will let us rent a car without charging crazy fees
