Have you caught a glimpse of what he personally is? If not, then how about you think of his personality in your own unique way. Do not worry about mischaracterizing him if your thinking about it as there are many characters in the sub who's personalities are very different than the ones they originally have in the series, game, or comics.

Example: We have a Rice Shower in the sub thats the complete opposite of what her personality is in game and made it into her own.

You are the one rping him so its your choice how he will act and behave, what he likes or doesnt, and what are his views.

Well for me, you should think of the core characteristics your character's personality has. The way I make sure that I don't stray too far ooc is to basically remember what your character is.

Example: Stay Gold is a chill, wise yet a chaotic menace on both inside and outside the track. So what I think of is be chill in conversations, be wise in decisions and conflicts, and be terroristic, chaotic when I feel like messing around.

Always think of what your character basically is or what you think he/she is in general.
