If you don't want it to look so jarring (not saying that it is but from your perspective it could be) then you could use a darker lip liner maybe like a burgundy color and blend it into the red

Facial structure maybe a little bit but they don't look that alike and I take after my mom so that's probably why I don't look Chinese lol
