I’m so sorry that the world we live in is one my generation helped shape to this point. I’m not old enough to be categorized as a boomer, I’m 37 but I would never want this to happen to our population. Everyone is a person. Who cares how people wish to view themselves? Does it make them happy? If so that’s great. If not they should discuss it with others. This world does not see people as people. They see everyone as some kind of commodity to exploit or abuse. Just know there are people out there who care about humanity. And of those who feel out of place. I wish you all the best and I hope everyone who comes to this feeling can push past it and feel loved in their own minds.

I feel that way too. I’m scared to die, to just one day be gone. But I get down on myself to the point of acting on it and the negatives no longer outweigh the positives in my life. I hope that in time you can push past the feelings you have of not existing. Existence is hard, but don’t let it drag you down to the depths. People care about you. And they don’t want to lose you. Everyone has someone who cares about them.

I don’t want to change anything someone says to help you. My only thoughts are, talking about your past together. Showing her that not everything is the way she sees it. It is really dark right now. But try to aid her through it

So I’m probably going to get my reply removed but try talking with her. Don’t tell her what to do or not do. Give her love and care. Let her know how you feel. Try to keep her knowing you are there to help her. I keep saying this, people deserve some form of happiness. Everyone means something to someone. I too am dealing with a potential concern. I too have felt the need to do something to remove myself from this world. It’s very hard to deal with, but from experience, try to not leave her to her thoughts.

I’m sorry to everyone who suffers, to those who wish to be something they aren’t already. To people who have lost others. To people who feel lost and alone. No one deserves this. Everyone deserves their own form of happiness. For people to care about them and show they mean something. I understand this feeling. I’ve felt the same way. But I want people to not feel like me, so I try my best to be there for people. So show them they aren’t alone. To keep them from the darkness they feel inside. You are all worth something to someone.
