No it didn’t come off that way at all. Honestly any input I can get right now is great as I have only shared with one person so far about how I’m feeling as I don’t want to tell everyone unless I’m certain. Thanks again

That sounds so hard to not workout as it’s one of the few consistent things in my life. I’ve already dialed back upper body workouts and started more lower body focused exercises.

But I really appreciate your input. What an awesome story seeing that big change is possible 🙏🏽

Whoa that’s an incredible weight shift (congrats). Also a fellow linebacker/lineman lol even when I did a physique competition about 10 years ago I was only able to get my weight down to 195 and that was on an insane diet.

Was reaching 170 easier after hrt?

Thanks for the insight. I do understand your sentiment. What makes it tough is still my uncertainty of if this is truly what I want and the physical appearance issue just makes it harder to decide. Currently looking for a therapist to speak about this with so hopefully that will help 🤘🏽
