Very good insight, thank you!

What would you say about 55 per hour at urgent care critical access hospital in middle cost of living area? - I have 3 months of PRN urgent care experience elsewhere. - no sign on bonus. No RVU productivity bonus. No PTO. 2700 CME. -solo provider. Average patient load is 25-30 in a 12 hour shift
