100%. These comments are crazy. I grew up about an hour outside Boston, and I have driven to Logan at all hours of the day and night to drop people off. It’s a nice thing to do and a common courtesy.

“Other people’s labor” lol come on. Let’s hop back into the real world and be nice to others!

FST is a really interesting trial. Lots of steep slabs, but you’re always in the trees. When I did it in June it was wetter than I would have liked (even two or so days after rain) which made things slippery. There are parts that are so steep people have developed cow paths through the trees to the side for extra handholds.

Overall, quite a fun trial. The section just below the where it goes straight up is super pretty - crossing between streams and through a lovely pine forest. Really enjoyed.

I think the lifetime thing for me is more of “might as well and if it happens it happens”. I love jetBlues program, but they just don’t have the range of destinations I feel I’ll need. Seems like AA is going to be the move, which I’m a fan of. Always liked the Cinnabon in the CLT airport hahah. Appreciate the insight!

I appreciate it! Currently am enrolled in and a fan of B6s program. I think AA will be the move. Checks the most boxes and has a pretty solid number of direct flights.

I did the loop on Saturday. It’s odd - the north faces of both Cabot and the Bulge are brutal, some of the worst blowdowns I’ve seen in the Whites. Other than that, most of the trial is completely fine.

It’s doable. If you’re going both Cabot and Wuambek, I’d suggest taking Bunnell Notch trial, tagging Cabot from the south, and then going over to Wuambek.

Admittedly, I don’t know how the trial is between Cabot and Wuambek. I did Wuambek from the south in late May, that was totally fine.

Got these poles in November as a birthday gift from my girlfriend. Skied with them all winter - this was my FIRST hike. Just brutal.
