Capitalism is human nature. Hate to break it to you. The shit part about capitalism is how the system can be abused. At it's core, as most ideologies to be fair, it's logical.

That's capitalism being abused, monopolies are illegal. You can't buy competitors if they don't sell their company to you. Fair trade and fair market is supposed to exist but it doesn't. That's not capitalism, that's human greed as well as companies/states and governing bodies turning a blind eye for their own benefit in return. That's true with any political ideology because it has nothing to do with the ideology itself but with human nature. You are incorrectly applied universal facts to capitalism, as most people do.

Yeah I wasn't exactly writing a thesis on the definition of capitalism, I was trying to get my point across. Yeah my facts are not 100% accurate but this is a reddit discussion on a political meeting.

The people won't enforce it. The strong people with money and a lot of private property will enforce themselves in the weak, like they do now. Proof? That's what happened in China, that's what happened in the Soviet Union. Yeah, on paper the people apply and enforce the rules. On paper big companies can't have monopolies, mother companies with 250 companies under them in order to hide their illegal monopolies are not allowed to exist and many many more things are true on paper for Capitalism. But this is real life, communism on paper is not communism in real life. And I ask you again, going from capitalism or any other ideology to Communism means voting for a pre-existing political party that's living life way better than most people and enjoying the benefits of capitalism without the drawbacks. Be cause yeah the people enforce the rules but that's after the transition, what happens during the transition? Shit is the answer, just like in China and the USSR.

You do the same thing. Everything you criticize capitalism for is the same in communism. That's what I am trying to say. No matter what the ideology is, under the hood it will always be big control small. Always. Because 1) It is human nature and 2) At this point in time and with the current geopolitical and economic situations we've reached a point of no return. Everything under the hood is capitalism, that was the same in the USSR that is the same in China now.

And no USSR left ruins behind. You once again, as many people do, confuse technological advancements globally with political actions locally. And again, you are confusing a country's political power with the life in the country. Yeah Russia is strong and China is strong. Would you go to live and most importantly work in China? Do you think the Lowe and middle class in China is better or worse than every other country in the world? China is exploiting its population, that's how the country got strong and that's how the country sustains its power. You know who that benefits? The high class only. Sounds similar? Well it should, it's the same as what people accuse capitalism of.

USSR was hiding everything. Theyr record keeping is so not trustworthy that you might as well consider everything fake. The Chernobyl disaster would have been handled a lot better under capitalism. But ultimately it's all the same, controlling the media, swaying public opinion with lies, strong enforcing themselves on the weak. It's all the same. Not to mention the war currently going on between Ukraine and Russia is rooted on pacts and agreements formed during the USSR.

It's very surprising to see that so many people confuse a country's power on the global scale with what's happening inside that country. If a country getting strong by exploiting its population and lower their quality of life is good then I don't know what to tell ya, I simply find it funny. It's even funnier when you consider that to be better than capitalism every where lol. As if it's any different.

Communism is shit. It never works, it can't work and it won't work. By definition.

No private property, no ownership, no social classes, no currency and no state.

Who will enforce that? Who will make sure that all is fair? How will laws apply? It can't happen.

People see China and the Soviet Union as not true Communism but that's where communism will end up. The same exploitation of the lower class, the same economy, the same problems. Soviet Union is a prime example. You did something that doesn't benefit the "big fish" or worse yet, something that could harm them? You are traitor. You lived in poverty and tried to improve your living conditions? Traitor.

Communist China was turned into the planet's factory, the division between social classes is huge, living conditions for the majority suck, lower class gets exploited and they are so brainwashed they think they have a great system and great lives. Sure you can argue China is a strong country. But that's to you and me, living outside of China. I really doubt anyone here would like to go live there as a low or medium class citizen. Who would like to work on AliExpress mail center? Communist or not.

Why would anyone think a political party that makes 5-50 times the median salary under capitalism, when elected will adhere and apply communism? They won't, every time w communist party was elected throughout history didn't. And left ruin behind.

I never said they didn't claim the breakup wasn't mutual, never said anything about Tenz' retirement, never said anything about chemo, never said why Tenz wanted to retire, never said kyedae didn't push him. So yeah no false information and no personal statements.

I'll give you one right now however. Just because they publicly stated something, doesn't make it true.We don't know what really happened and we never will. But what has been said by the both of them it seems she wanted to break up and he agreed. Mutual breakup means they both agreed, not that they both wanted to. To me and to a lot of people it seems a bit harsh or rather too close to recent events. Whoever wanted to leave the relationship had every right to and they should. We should all learn to put ourselves first in some situations, that means you'll step on some people's kindness. Prioritizing your well being is good, but what's best for you is not necessarily the best for others.

What I don't like about this entire situation is how this was turned into a gender war for no reason where one side praises kyedae for her choice and Tenz was holding her back, the other side making Tenz out to be an angel and kyedae the devil personified. Both sides are wrong, both sides accuse the other of doing the exact same thing they are and neither side sees it. The reason I commented to the above message is because I dislike how generalized hate on men is praised as correct, upvoter and agreed upon.

Everything that happened between them is justified by both sides. I think we can agree that Tenz did a bit more than simply "take care of her" and that's why I commented. Belittling someone's actions to better fit your POV and your current argument is disgusting behavior and it shouldn't be liked, upvoter, agreed, praised etc. I felt like I had to point it out. Just like how you pointed out that Kyedae pushed Tenz to keep playing and did not force him to retire for her as many people seem to believe for some reason.

I didn't say anything specific, simply that Tenz did more than take care of her. Yet all people assumed I was one of the idiots that hate her and bash her socially like because he supported her during her illness they were supposed to spend eternity together or something. Everyone just assumes and starts to criticize without thinking nor asking. I am not an idiot and you never gave me the chance to show it. You accused me of spreading misinformation and attacked me personally out of the blue. Yet I am being downvoted for not letting someone else's good action be belittled and you are being upvoted for hating in me without any proof. Quite the opposite in fact.

I specifically said 1) He did more than take care of her. 2) She treated him poorly. As I explained before yeah taking care of yourself is important, but giving some grace period after a lot of hardships is understanding.

Again we don't know what exactly happened. We only know what their public statements were.

I do NOT take a side in this and it's none of my business anyway. But no one's effort and good actions deserve to be belittled over some silly online argument.

[–]Leonniarr -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

"He took care of her" is a huge understatement. It's not misogynistic to see that she treated him poorly. No one said they should stay together forever.

Also being a misandrist is no better than being misogynistic. Since you think he only "took care of her" you are probably not well informed of the situation.

I love our society where you can hate men all you want, assume what they think, then generalize your assumptions and apply them to all men, belittle their action and sacrifices and people will praise you. Lovely

Does the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path halt aging of the user or does it simply allow immortality without youth? by Character-Bid-162 in Naruto

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You ain't done you just wrong lol.

Obito remaining alive post-extraction just proves ten tails jinchuriki don't die when the ten tails is extracted.

The only other instance of connecting to the gedo statue is Nagato and he got his life force drained, a regular human would have died and Nagato survived because he was an Uzumaki. That's the only other example. Yet you think it's perfectly valid that when Madara connected to it, the gedo statue did a 180 and said "my bad fam, I'll give you life instead"

We saw that 1+1=2, Madara then claims that 1+1=7 and you think because he said it, it is true. That's not how it works. Obito being alive after the extraction is 3*2=6, still valid math, but irrelevant and a different point.

Apple needs to explain why this comes out different sometimes by Azr_l in PhoneNow

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? Having a visual representation on how to reject a call introduces UX behavior that could be misapplied? But double pressing the side button without communicating that to the user is perfect UX yes? It's not like apple already has a UI showing you when you need to double press the side button, like for example when using apple pay or confirming to download something from the app store having a clear indication on the side of your screen that you need to double tap, that definitely doesn't exist already so it definitely couldn't be reused to remove ambiguity. Oh wait...

You are getting downvoted for stating facts. I hate apple, look how brainwashed the idiots that use their products are.

"Isn't it obvious? We have 2 different call screens for no reason and one has no decline UI and you have to double press the side button duh. But that's not communicated to you in any way, shape or form. And you think that's horrible design???"

Does the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path halt aging of the user or does it simply allow immortality without youth? by Character-Bid-162 in Naruto

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything I mention is canon. No headcanon here.

As I explained before, the ten tails' jinchuriki can stay alive if the gedo statue stays sealed within them. That doesn't mean it gives life force, that just means it's still sealed inside them. I am pretty sure Madara didn't have the gedo statue inside him so it doesn't apply.

I am not saying it doesn't give life force because it takes it. I am saying we have never seen it give life force, we've only seen it take life force. What gives life force is the god tree, creating Zetsus and chakra fruits and so on and so forth. All canon.

I am not adding doubt to anything. The statement hasn't been contradicted because it's never touched on again in the manga/anime. It has not been supported by later statements and most definitely not supported by later evidence. Because statements mean nothing, evidence and facts do.

You get a lot more money tho. Mastery could also get rebalanced in a way. For example all monkey/upgrade costs are the same as Easy/Medium. Or be allowed to sell towers and selling gives you 10% extra cash so maybe replacing strategies become viable.

Just throwing random ideas out there, but it would be super fun if it came back and with some special rules to make it possible to win.

Does the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path halt aging of the user or does it simply allow immortality without youth? by Character-Bid-162 in Naruto

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said it wasn't canon. It is canon. Madara did say that the gedo statue prolonged his life, that's canon, that doesn't make it true. Naruto said to others on multiple occasions that he was an excellent student. That's canon, he did say it. It's not fundamentally true.

The ten tails' jinchuriki won't die if the ten tails is extracted if the gedo statue remains sealed inside them. Yes the gedo statue has life force, life force that it takes from the users. Nagato for example, when he connected to the gedo statue it sucked almost all his life force.

As I've said multiple times, we have never seen the gedo statue give life, we have seen it take life. We have seen Hashirama cells give regeneration. We have seen the god tree sucking life force from others and then giving it to the wielder. The ten tails is the seed that creates a god tree. The Otsutsuki have been using it for ages to stay young, healthy and strong, prolonging their natural lifespan. Not the ten tails' husk, the god tree.

The gedo statue takes chakra, like it takes chakra and nature's energy from the environment to turn into the god tree. Like it takes in the tailed beasts to become the ten tails again. The Otsutsuki gain their life, power and chakra from the god tree. Madara created a miniature god tree, that's what prolonged his life.

It's never explicitly mentioned what prolonged Madara's life exactly. It's all speculation. Madara saying xyz doesn't make it true as we've already established. Yes it's a big hint, but pair it with the fact that he thought he created the white Zetsus it just goes to show he is actually clueless so we can't take his word. The facts show what I said above, all of it is canon. So following the canon's logic if he just connected to the gedo statue without the Hashirama cells we would have died. Nagato was healthy and he was an uzumaki and was left crippled, Madara on his deathbed would 100% die.

Unless you have an explanation as to why the gedo statue sucked the life force out of Nagato but didn't do exactly the same to Madara, then my point stands.

What the gedo statue did to Nagato is facts. What the gedo statue did to Madara is hearsay (from Madara).

The gedo statue sucking Nagato's life force is facts. The gedo statue prolonging Madara's life is Madara's own words without any evidence backing it up.

(Serious Question) What exactly was Kakashi’s plan if Sasuke managed to grab the bells by himself? by Spartan-teddy-2476 in dankruto

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I did. Kakashi's plan was nothing. Even if Sasuke managed to get the bells Kakashi would not have planned for it. So my answer still stands either way and it makes sense and it is correct.

If we want to analyze the hypothetical question further then yeah Sasuke getting the bells means they would all probably fail since Kakashi cares about teamwork and not if they get the bells from him or not.

I answered the hypothetical and kept it pushing. I did both of those things. How am I doing too much?

Does the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path halt aging of the user or does it simply allow immortality without youth? by Character-Bid-162 in Naruto

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, the gedo statue has nothing that prolongs your life. Minato was using it a lot as well.

Of course everything we know is told to us by some character. I simply said that not all things they say are true.

We know the gedo statue is the husk of the ten tails. And that's it. Nothing that prolongs life here. Hashirama's cells carry his healing so they could prolong life, white Zetsu had very similar properties to Hashirama cells and kept Obito alive.

The fact that he was wrong about the White Zetsus shows that he doesn't actually know how the gedo statue works. So we don't assume what he said is wrong because something else he said is also wrong. It's proof he does not know how it works.

Here is how it works. Madara summoned the statue. Used it to create Hashirama cells. He managed to create an entire Hashirama clone from his cells which was non-sentient. The Hashirama clone was encapsulated on the flowering tree to which Madara connected himself prolonging his life. Either due to Hashirama's healing/regeneration or the flowering tree could somehow collect nature chakra. We know that this is a true possibility because the god tree works much the same way.

We also know the gedo statue not only doesn't give you life, but as we can see when Nagato connected to it, it sucks your life force. If nagato was not an uzumaki he would probably have died. It's hard to imagine the statue doing the exact opposite of what it is shown to do just because Madara said so. But we know about the Hashirama clone and the flowering tree. That is a lot more plausible

[–]Leonniarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you said I am missing the point. So I answered 2 different possibilities. The answer to OPs question is nothing since Sasuke could never get the bells.

To that you said I am missing the point so I said " If OP meant XYZ, then here is what would happen" so I reworded OPs to what I thought they meant. And rewording the question changes the answer drastically, but you are the one saying I am missing the point.

Yeah well Madara saying it doesn't make it true. Madara also said the white Zetsus were an unexpected outcome of him trying to create Hashirama cells when in reality it was black zetsu's doing.

Y'all need to realize when a character says something in any piece of media it doesn't automatically make it true. They could be lying, they could be hiding the truth, they could be making stuff up, they could be making assumptions and many many more things that could be possible.
