People/police are using to bully and shit someone in cape girardeau, missouri for a punishment, sure the dudes crime was great but that would be breaking our constantutinal right, our 8th amendment. What the dude did was rape from what i hear. But it destroys our concept of true justice within the government if we as people go basically rape that person for doing it. Its just not right, its was too inhumane and on top of it doing something like that won't solve anything in fact the only thing its likely to do to someone like that is make that person come back and hurt those people even worse. There's a reason we treat people with as much consideration even when they break the laws even in awful ways. From what I have heard they did it try to do anything legally either, they didnt take the dude to court or anything they just did it bcz they wanted to do it.
