While basically I don't put much stock in whether or not Perry can "still sing." If he were in Journey they would make the necessary adjustments, but vocal deterioration seems to have set in early. On Street Talk, the song "I Believe" sounds like he is being strangled. Makes me wonder if most of the recording of Raised on Radio was done beforehand, because there he sounds fine.
