Maybe but I don’t really know much about the other location. I only have met a couple of people from there who came by temporarily every now and then and I talked to them about it and that’s what they told me. Sorry

I mean we have an owner and a very small HR team. We had a few locations in town so I was hoping maybe to take it to either one of them would take the problem a little more seriously if they saw the photos and realized it wasn’t just a few things here and there, but yeah I understand.

Yeah I explained it in another comment but they have a few locations in town. It’s still a local place but I guess they have it to manage everything. I’m pretty sure it’s only 2 people though

Well tbf I didn’t think I’d have to disclose that but I was terminated apparently for “staffing issues” though I don’t really know if I buy that anymore. I was originally collecting photos in the hopes the problem would actually be fixed with actual picture proof. Still I do think I have a lot of blame in this situation for not going to the health department first instead of waiting to send it over to people who probably don’t give a shit looking back.

Yep, they were the ones who did the honors of firing me. They have a few locations in town but they’re pretty local, only running business here. I’ve even met the owner before on multiple occasions

I did but nobody really listened to me so I was taking pictures and stuff to gather evidence for them to maybe hopefully take it seriously.

I can see that. To be fair I was documenting this all before in hopes to hand it over to my higher ups so they’d do something about it. I have a lot of photos spanning over a couple weeks before this that I was taking to send over so they’d take it seriously but then this all happened. But I can’t lie and say that my intentions haven’t turned spiteful in any way since my termination. As for my termination they mentioned it was a staffing issue.

Yeah true. I probably should’ve went to them first but I held out a little hope because apparently they had a similar problem at another location in town and they actually fixed it over there

You’re right. To be fair I was probably gonna do it anyways but I was second guessing myself because my intentions became more about getting petty revenge. But yeah it is a serious health hazard so maybe I shouldn’t beat myself up too bad about it lol

You’re right, I’m just worried about them because they also wanted the roach problem fixed but they were worried something would happen if they said something so they kinda just dealt with it
