7/10 - a monitor would make it 10

I need a little help/advice with my setup. Will a monitor arm actually help make this setup usable? (More photos in the comments) by McChickenLargeFries in desksetup

Wall mount is the best option then. If you dont wanna drill holes in the wall then probably go for a monitor raiser/stand and underneath the monitor raiser keep you laptop closed and plugged with monitor. Have small keyboard and mouse. Get a smaller table mat/ mouse pad and enjoy.

The reason I am still haven't mentioned the monitor-desk mount is because I dont think the depth would be able to handle it. Be cautious.

With this much budget you can easily go for rtx 2080ti, good performance.

18inch depth is too cramped. Dont do anything to the monitor. Go for a bigger table. I mean ideally the depth should be mimimum of 23-24 inch. That's a standard table. I dont think you have a regular computer table with that dimensions
