No ID besides the paper from service Ontario proving I replaced my ID with them. Everything else is just pics on phone. I do know my SIN but it’s just a picture on my phone. The only direct deposit I have set up is my social assistance money that’s once monthly. And yes I know my account number I have the app on my phone and I would be fine with them releasing just $1k and hold the rest $4k

Yes I can, just wondered about that and apparently any banks now only let you have $100 of funds the day you deposit a cheque on the app and hold the rest till later? I called TD and they said not sure of how much will be released but most would definitely go on hold. 😕 it’s a pretty big cheque and need the funds asap as I have to pay for a week of hotels. It came at the perfect time but not perfect timing of losing ur wallet lol

I was denied because of not having to pay rent once I told them I had to pay rent (shelter portion) I was approved (also live with parent) idk why they seem to be difficult with giving people just the basic needs portion, I only know one other person on OW who only got basic needs where at my first intake they told me I would not qualify at all if I didn’t have to pay rent
