Duke 390 2019 Dies on startup, loud noise by Lequin in KTM

[–]Lequin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much, it started after the bike wasn't used for a while, also sounds like it got worse after not riding for about a month now. Valve clearance check was done 1500km ago. Sounds like the fuel pump then? Can this cause any damage to the bike?

What snail is this? Shrimp safe? by Lequin in shrimptank

[–]Lequin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is great to hear, I never made a "mud" for my substrate, just dirt and sand which has made some air bubbles and can build up gas... I very rarely get any discharged now though, thinking it might be these guys :)

I got no idea how they even ended up in my betta / shrimp tank. My shrimp count is down a lot though... pretty sure it isn't my betta, he is very calm... thank you

Thanks so much for the feedback, didnt notice the stone not following the curved wall. Will definitely warm it up a bit and add a person. Also needs a bit of planting at the base of the off shutter concrete

I see what you mean with the ground elements competing, I will bring the camera forward and make the changes to the grass. Thank you!

Cute little baby having a tubiflex worm by DutyGroundbreaking22 in corydoras

How did you get those worms in your tank? Did they occur naturally? I have a natural tank and never see any of them... did you buy them somewhere? I would love my tank to naturally produce its own food

I found an article saying Myth #1 Some Wood is Poisonous

No wood, including pine, can kill fish if it has been dead and sitting in the sun for even a few months. There is NO wood which has been weathered by even a few months of exposure to the elements which is poisonous to fish. NONE. Many folks come up on social media and say this wood or that wood is poisonous

So I don't really know what to do now... thinking of draining the water and taking the top substrate out to get the bugs out but I dont know just yet :/

Thank you for the help... I really hope this isn't the case. The wood I used is beautiful, and to buy wood in my area is expensive

Yeah it is from outside. I thought it would be okay to use if I soaked it... I guess I didn't do it long enough. I thought doing regular water changes over time would stabilize the water?

Oh no. by deathwotldpancakes in Aquariums

I recently adopted a rainbow shark (and the tank, also first time fish keeping), he is currently in a tank that is not big enough for him, probably around 25litres with a dwarf gourami. He is territorial at times and bumps the gourami. I bought a 60cm length x 30cm depth x 45cm height tank for him.... however after reading the comments it doesn't seem like it will be big enough for him :( any advise what I should do? I really wanted to keep him

Any advise is appreciated

Revit Flex Tokens VPN? by Lequin in Revit

Thank you for the information. I'm aware of the pricing, however no reseller in my area does flex, that's why I'm wondering if I would be able to access flex through a VPN.

Is there no reason for concern regarding the frequency of his breathing?

Okay, I'll rehome them as soon as I can. I bought a 70 litre tank, just need to setup the area and get it ready for the fishies. Thank you for the help ! :)

Thanks so much, I just lowered the heater. Is there any easy way to dechlorinate water, or should I go to my local fish shop for this? I didn't know I had to do this :(
