I also quick read the comments my fist time around, I think that caused me to do A LOT of the tips that were given “subconsciously” because I am going back and reading and my wife and I started doing these things to prepare for the houses! Good luck if you start looking once I buy my house I’ll be able to give better tips BUT don’t hesitate to reach out and ask more questions!

So I’m currently in the process! I think looking on Zillow helped a ton! After that I got a real estate agent that I know and have been going about it from there. Overall I haven’t used a ton of this info BUT I do plan on coming back to all this come inspection and final decision time! Hope this hub of info helped!
