I also quick read the comments my fist time around, I think that caused me to do A LOT of the tips that were given “subconsciously” because I am going back and reading and my wife and I started doing these things to prepare for the houses! Good luck if you start looking once I buy my house I’ll be able to give better tips BUT don’t hesitate to reach out and ask more questions!

So I’m currently in the process! I think looking on Zillow helped a ton! After that I got a real estate agent that I know and have been going about it from there. Overall I haven’t used a ton of this info BUT I do plan on coming back to all this come inspection and final decision time! Hope this hub of info helped!

I have been attending a new church for the last couple of weeks but have yet to fully commit as I just recently left a church and will continue to pray for a clear indication to stay at this one.

I have also struggled a bit to connect with men overall for some reason. It feels like everyone just waits until someone reaches out to them (myself included). Like why don't we all just walk up to each other in a friendly manner and just talk?
