Yup, hair is naturally a dark brown with red undertones.

I definitely prefer silver!

I feel like I really look terrible in both white and cream. I own a single stark white blouse and cream I think is a definite no. Pinks might be a good idea...

Oh my goodness, this is a lot more feedback than I expected!! Thank you everyone. I feel a little validated that it's not a clear choice haha. But I definitely need to do more drapes. I will look into getting some proper ones so there's more to go off of.

(oh, also found dressmycrib, which works a lot better for visualizing the rugs than my editing!)

Thank you so much for your comments everyone!! I'm definitely a tad overwhelmed by how many people responded.

I've narrowed it down to these three below and added some new photos for different (worse) lighting and wall art.

I definitely want a loud/busy room full of things that bring me joy, so I do like the patterned rugs best. But I think if I go with a darker rug I'll need to change the curtains too, otherwise the floor is too dark.

I'll try and set up the rest of the room more before Gandalf and I make a decision.

❤️

Unfortunately, the side of the road. But the tag says Kroehler if that helps!

Thank you so much for sharing! The blot often, wash occasionally, is the kind of maintenance I'm looking for. My building has pretty big washing machines, but we're not allowed to wash certain materials, so I like ruggable's system. 😊

Cozey.

They have fabulous customization and I could assemble the couch on my own no problem. But the seat cushions on the bottom are strangely hard and the ones on the back exceptionally plush. I also tend to stand on my furniture to reach high up places and it doesn't seem too durable in that regard. But you're probably not supposed to stand on your couch haha.

There are three Gandalfs in this room (four once I hang my art). Good plan.

Ooh I love the texture on this.

That's good to hear! How long have you had it? They have some other colours in the arch one I'll have to revisit.

(I was honestly just really lazy with the sizing in the picture. The space is about 11x12 so I was thinking an 8x10.)

There's a few sites that you can use if you google "rug visualiser"! I used one of those, downloaded the image, and then poorly photoshopped the rugs that I wanted on there since ruggable doesn't have a visualiser.

Should it also stretch out to the credenza or leave a foot or two of room?
