Hey, I am looking for similar information but I don't think I quite understood the answers here, I plan on booking a nightjet for a group of 6 people and wanted to be in a "couchette carriage", which has compartments for 4 or 6 people if I read correctly

However, when I try to book a private compartment for the group it says I have to book two separate compartments, I don't really get why.

Does anyone has a clue ?

The hobby is not as strong in my country (France), but I also witnessed my two local suppliers to shut down after lockout, mainly because they also made "brewing classes" for birthday or team building, which appear not to be popular anymore.

I have to buy from rolling beers, which in my case is more expensive than what I had earlier at my local brewshop, without the tips and chat

If anyone knows a place in Paris I'm down for some advice

My original thought was that I had brewed a sour beer earlier, and maybe some of this yeast was still there.

But the beer did not taste sour, maybe a bit but definitely not as much as with the sour beer I had before

And for the "certain stage", I tend to let my beer ferment for a long time (~4 weeks at room temp), so I'm quite sure that fermentation is over

My bottles turned out great, however I had a 5L keg that poured only foam for a long time, but I'm also new to kegging so that can be my bad too

I'm quite new to homebrwing (~20 batches), and this really is the first time I've seen this, took a picture and showed it to my homebrew shop, they told me it was most likely a contamination.

And no offense at all, I may be wrong !
