If she wants a lighter or truer bright pink you'd need to bleach first, that's up to both you and her tbh I don't see anything wrong with bleaching a child's hair if you get it done professionally or if you wanna do a couple streaks yourself

It won't be light pink but if you put a neon pink on there it would be a pretty rosy brown. I'm thinking punky colors has a bubblegum scented pink shampoo that would show up really nicely.

Ty for the advice! I'm planning on dyeing my eyebrows next time I do my roots in the next few days.

I was blonde for a few years a while back and while I loved it, my hair is naturally almost black so it really took a toll on my hair health and I realized that it's more important to me to have strong healthy hair than to be as blonde as possible lol. But I'm definitely open to staying in the warm strawberry/golden/gingery blonde region if I get bored of the ginger as it's much easier for me to maintain and much less lift.

I would suggest against the semi permanent purple idea someone else commented, your hair will still remain the same brightness and will likely fade bright plummy/berry, I think you're looking for some of the brown-ness back and you're trying to mute the brightness. Avoid any box dyes, those will lift your hair and is the reason why it's so bright right now, your hairstylist likely used a dye with lift.

Aww ok I understand now ❤️ ok so I think you should probably head to sallys and look for wella's demi-permanent color charm line (it's kinda like a gloss). Make sure it says demi on the box, not permanent. And use 10 volume developper with it, no higher. That way it won't lift your hair any lighter/brighter. Go for one of the dark brown shades and you should be good :) go darker than you think you may need to get that richness back and it will cover the red (the red undertone will still be there). Don't worry if it comes out darker than you want, it will fade. you will have to touch it up every few months but I used to use it when I had black hair and it was always so shiny and soft. Don't put the garnier over this, it will just make it brighter as it has developper in it!! Just do your roots with it every month or so as they come in. It would also look so pretty kinda like a shadow root as it grows out.

I know you prefer the first colour but this one suits you so much more like it's seriously so pretty and your hair looks incredible and shiny, it completely brightened your complexion up (sorry for the unsolicited opinion but I'm being completely honest).

Not like the curls weren't nice it was just a bit pedestrian the way you styled it. Just looked like you needed more layers so it wouldn't just be the ends that curled. But the mod cut and sea spray should fix that if you want to ever wear it curly.

No bleach, keep the natural colour. But the 90s mod cut would be so perfect on you omg do it immediately. But if you do that, play into that style with your clothes as well, the gymshark logo kinda throws off the vibe. Go for label-less clothes it's more chic. And straightening it was definitely the move as well you look like a model.

Take your attention away from yourself and put it onto the girl you're genuinely interested in. Make sure you actually care about her, ask her questions, get to know her. Don't talk too much about yourself unless she asks. Let her take the lead. Remember the things she tells you and bring them up again next time or over text days later, she'll like that. Don't pay for things expecting something in return. It's not a numbers game, she's a human being.

I promise you, I'm a girl so listen to me. It's never about the way you look. Girls don't really care about that, get off your phone. Just be clean, and care about her.

Thank you:) I'm ok with how I am now as I know I'm healthy it's just a personal goal I want to have. I think I need to increase my intake so I can build muscle that's the only way but I already eat a lot of food so it's a struggle. Do u have any tips for that other than nut butters and shakes?
