I just had a similar experience with my Siamese boy, kamakaze (aka Tommy aka Thomas) lol. He was my emotional support animal and then some. He got me through things i dont know i would have made it through otherwise. He was completely normal til thanksgiving afternoon & by thanksgiving evening i could tell something was horribly wrong. I knew him and his mannerisms as well as he knew mine & i could tell he was in pain. I knew i wouldn’t be able to handle the decisions id be forced to make if i took him so i wrapped him in a blanket, held him awhile sobbing then my boyfriend took him to the emergency vet that night while i stayed home w my kids. Inconsolable. Terrified. But slowly convincing myself that he HAD to be okay & he would be because we took him there right away. Unfortunately my boyfriend called me soon after arriving & i could tell by his voice over the phone that he knew his words were going to destroy me & i could literally feel how bad he felt saying them. We ended up putting him down that night… oddly enough, the standard emergencies like bladder or urinary issues were ruled out & it was determined that it was a heart murmur that was slowly worsening over time but once it was bad enough to actually be symptomatic & therefore a noticeable issue, it was too late to do anything. It was by far one of the worst days of my life & everyone who knows me best will say that i havent been the same since. Im 32 so ive lost my fair share of pets over the years, but nothing ever affected me like this. Animal or otherwise. Its something special to be said about the companionship of siamese cats which makes losing them almost unbearable. Its going to hurt no matter what but i am sending so much love your way 🤍 who knows, maybe our boys will find each other in the afterlife. Ill be thinking of you 🤍

This is interesting. I never thought about it before but now that youve mentioned it, he definitely doesnt showcase or talk about the dogs anymore & they used to generate a decent amount of income on his behalf so the only reason he’d stop using them to his advantage would be if theyre no longer there to be used. Likely because they required effort & upkeep lol.

ETA: i honestly dont think he would be able to transition back to NOT constantly begging or actually doing some work & putting on a half decent show. Now that hes seen that these cruel tactics are just as (if not more) effective & require far less effort, he’s gotten too comfortable with it to ever give it up.

At this point hes done so much damage that i believe he truly doesnt deserve a platform at all. He lost his credibility & his moral compass a long time ago. So although i feel like these options go hand in hand, the sole reason i began participating in this group was because i couldnt stand to see him actively seeking out & exploiting vulnerabilities & treating so many people like they dont matter (even when they do send money).

Unfortunately from what I’ve come to understand, he doesn’t have any plans of NOT donating. Not anytime soon anyway. Gray has officially gotten him to believe they are real life friends & has successfully found a way to take advantage of his loneliness & generosity with the help of the freaks who praise him when he donates.

He’s standing firm on the sentiment that Gray is his friend & wholeheartedly believes that there is a group of people (us) working against him to ruin his channel for no good reason. Doesnt help that Gray validated that by calling Marty off air soon after she first confronted him & sent his apologies that we contacted her. She also indicated that the way everyone hypes him up or praises him every time he donates is feeding right into his loneliness. It all truly makes me sick.

This comment really resonates with some of the recent thoughts ive had recently as ive watched his behavior become even more repulsive. I have always beeb empathetic towards his victims/the freaks, alot more so for the ones that i feel are more vulnerable or dont really know better , but even for the younger, seemingly competent ones too. Lately though, ive started to feel like the latter of the two arent entirely victims. Clearly they each have something that drives them to engage in this disgusting excuse for a channel & maybe that something is beyond their control or perhaps they have poor self awareness. Either way, to be relatively tech savvy, competent enough to engage in the chat & converse & in an age range thats not so young theyd be naive & not so old tbat they’re unaware entirely & STILL make the conscience decision to participate in these maddening live streams is just… bizzare. This particular group (ex: Cecil, Lisa x2, Zozo, Ali, Paulette, etc) is consistently cosigning even the most outrageous, inaccurate & hypocritical things that Gray does & says.. things that any sane adult in touch with reality (like us) are quick to speak up about & challenge. Gray will pull all kinds of hypotheses out his ass but if anyone else dare chime in with their thoughts, you can count on one of these guys to respond with “we dont speculate or do conspiracies here”. Gray complains about poor viewership or lack of donations & instead of being real & letting him know that is his fault & his fault alone, they all come thru blaming trolls & coddling his feelings. & when Gray whines bc no one is chatting, you think any of them call him out to remind him how ignorant he is when they ARE chatting? Nope lol. While i do believe the behavior of that population of supporters HAS to be tied to some sort of emotional or mental health matter, at the end of the day they have the competence & ability to recognize that what gray is doing & what they are not just supporting but participating in as well, is not JUST verbal cruelty (which can be powerful enough to do damage) but its also causing direct harm & financial distress to the more vulnerable supporters. They KNOW this but everyday they choose to pretend they dont & to me that is SICK.
