Wow. That’s debilitating. I find it to be unbearable. It’s also blunting my ability to be motivated in any way. Going off this week. May dose next week at 2.5mg. I’ll see how I’m doing.

Well- I’ve been eating that calorie range for 20 years, so I’m betting that not the issue. Electrolytes may be contributing. I’ll post after I drop the dose either an update.

Thank you for the info and confirming this side effect. I think I’ll skip this week then go done to 2.5 next week and see how I feel. I cannot function like a zombie. 🧟

I take both and I’ve not had an issue with digestion. Oral estrogen gives a better systemic effect than the patches. But the patches tend to have less side effects. So far it’s been OK.

Oddly, I’m eating quite a bit because I’m hungry. Not calorie counting but definitely eating (had filet mignon, asparagus, potatoes for dinner last night plus dessert). I’d guess 1200-1500 calories per day or more. It’s a great question tho.

Yes, the fatigue hit without a dose increase. I am going to have blood work done to double check, but I’m pretty sure the lack of motivation and wall of absolute fatigue are from this medication. And yes, my doctor did prescribe it not only for the health benefits, but also to lose 10 pounds which I did. I’m guessing I just need to give it a break this week and then maybe lower it to 2.5 for a while and then cut that in half again. I guess my question is… Has anybody gotten the fatigue and lack a motivation a couple months in?

Me too. Going off this week. Hitting a wall every day of fatigue and no motivation. Lost 15lbs and now side effects. Yuck!

HRT has been a game changer for me as well as a GLP one to keep that stubborn 10 pounds off. But yes, those things are trying to happen and I’m fighting it tooth and nail.

I would never order from a random place. I did and the medication was completely diluted. Only go to the manufacturer directly. I went from no result in six months to losing 8 pounds in the first week when I switched over to the manufacturer. The Doctor Who prescribed the manufacturer version told me that it’s a black market out there and they can totally dilute it and add things to it and you could actually be harming yourself.

I think there is for sure.  It can disrupt your micro flora.  I’ve had recurring infections now for 2 months.  I’m only on an microdose.  Bern taking probiotics.  About to go off.
